Algorithmic Combinatorics Seminar and Computer Algebra Seminar Title: Further Aspects of MacMahon’s Partition Analysis Speaker: Prof. Dr. George E. Andrews (The Pennsylvania State University, USA) Time and Location: Wednesday, March 8, 2023, 2 p.m Zoom-presentation Abstract: Peter Paule and I (along with others) have published more than a dozen papers on MacMahon’s Partition Analysis. Most recently (Partitions Analysis XIII) we applied it to Schmidt-type problems in the theory of partitions. In this talk, we shall first illustrate the basics of Partition Analysis. Then we consider new applications to partitions with parity conditions and partitions with n copies of n.
